Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Gaze and Graphite

Effective Date: 05/01/2025

At Gaze and Graphite, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-made products through our print-on-demand (POD) fulfillment partners. Due to the nature of POD production, all items are made to order, and we only accept refunds or returns under specific conditions outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or replacements for the following cases:

✔ Damaged or Defective Items – If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

✔ Incorrect Order – If you receive the wrong item, size, or design, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

✔ Lost Shipments – If your order is lost in transit and cannot be tracked, we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept refunds or returns for:

✖ Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

✖ Incorrect size selection (Please refer to our size guide before purchasing)

✖ Minor variations in color or design due to printing processes

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, email gazeandgraphite@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • If a replacement is issued, a new item will be shipped at no additional cost.

4. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After production begins, cancellations are not possible due to the print-on-demand process.
