At Gaze and Graphite, we partner with a print-on-demand (POD) fulfillment company to ensure high-quality production and efficient shipping. Below, you’ll find details on our processing times, delivery options, and international shipping policies.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All items are made on demand, meaning production begins after an order is placed.
Fulfillment typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the product and location.
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped directly from our POD partner’s facility.

Shipping Times & Costs

Domestic Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after fulfillment.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–20 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If your package is delayed, please check with your local carrier or contact us for assistance.

Customs & International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are determined by the destination country.
Gaze and Graphite is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs processing.

Lost or Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the item is not returned to us. In these cases, we are happy to arrange a replacement order, but a reshipment fee will apply.
If an order is lost in transit, please reach out to us. We will work directly with our print-on-demand partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
